How we run the clinic
Short and plain. Ask us if anything is unclear.
Changing a visit
Please tell us a day ahead if you need to change a visit, so someone else can have the time. Call or text. If your shift runs late on the day, text us. We hold your place for 15 minutes.
Clean needles and risks
We use sterile, single-use needles from sealed packs, and used needles go into a sharps container. Every treatment has risks. Yours are small, and Hattie explains them before the first needle: soreness, light bruising, feeling light-headed and, rarely, bleeding or infection.
Getting home
Many people feel sleepy after a visit, and some feel light-headed. Take a few minutes at the end to wake up slowly. If you are coming off a night shift and have a long way to go, plan for it.
Access
Suite 2 is on the ground floor, with a step-free entrance and a wide door. The treatment table is adjustable in height. The room is quiet, scent-free and kept warm. Tell us what you need and we will set it up.
Your records
We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows.
