What the contact form collects

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, how to reach you, the day and time you prefer and the message you write. We use them only to answer you and to schedule a visit. Please don't put medical details in a message. For anything urgent, call us.

What this website does not do

This website does not sell your information, does not show you ads and does not follow you from other sites. It runs no tracking tools and has no scheduling tool of its own: booking happens on the page we link to, by phone, by text or through the form.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Ask us if you want a copy.
